  AdenoCircleTAS TalkCircle Support Group Workshops is facilitated by RACHEL ZIMAN RN Midwife and

Independent Childbirth Educator (Active Birthology). 


Rachel has thirty years' experience working in a variety of women's healthcare settings. 


  • Bachelor of Nursing
  • Post Grad Diploma of Midwifery
  • Diploma of Creative Arts &Health
  • Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) and 
  • Diploma of Leadership & Management

  • Build knowledge through creativity and self-expression
  • Connect with others who will understand and support us, in a safe space
  • Gain hope, self-confidence and resilience through reflective listening, compassion & respectful dialogue communication role play
  • Encourage self-advocacy as YOUR voice matters!
  • navigate early diagnosis and specialist referrals with confidence

We advocate for meaningful statewide policy change for an Adenomyosis, Endometriosis & Chronic Pelvic Pain Continuum Models of Care for at risk priority populations of Tasmania. We ensure we participate in networking with external stakeholders creating stronger community ties and promote positive health outcomes.
